About Flourish & Fettle
My story
When I was in kindergarten, I was asked what I wanted to be when I grew up. My response was "someone who works with clay." Years later I graduated with my degree in School Psychology. While it may seem that school psychology, health coaching, teaching yoga, being a birth support partner may be a far stretch from working with clay, it's really not. My goal is to help others flourish by building on strengths and fettle by trimming off the extra or unneeded parts, much like a potter does. Making a childhood dream come true in my 50s is a tribute to living my best life.
